The Mappings Directory

Currently only contains one mapping file AAkeys2AVM.ttl.in that maps
the concepts in the A&A keywords vocabulary to the AVM
taxonomy. Mapping file takes the release date and version number of
the current build.

At present, the build file does NOT generate the inverse mapping
file. This could easily be added by using CWM.

The mappings use the http://www.w3.org/2004/02/skos/core# namespace
