The DM folder has been rearranged to facilitate the resourve location.

- All resources related to the VO-DML standard have been pushed into the VO-DML directory

- The former vo-dml folder has bee renamed vo-dml-org. It should be removed in a near future.

- The content of vo-dml-org MUSTN'T be modified from know

- There is only one directory per model in development: ./model-name/

- The VO-DML serialization the models in development must be moved from ./vo-dml-org/models to ./model-name/model 

- This action remains in charge of the modeling guys.
