This document uses Paul Harrison's ivoadoc mechanism, but based on make
(if you want to contribute a build.xml for ant, you're most welcome, but
please note I'm *not* overwriting the source file, and that should
remain that way to preserve source formatting).

The Makefile assumes all "normal" programs (sed, bibtex) are on the path,
whereas certain jars are supposed to be in /usr/share/java.  This should
work on debian squeeze, but it's certainly going to be trouble on other
platforms.

Please, can't someone fix the way java "executables" are delivered and 
deployed?
