Modified version of the 1993 IAU Thesaurus

Files imported from
<http://www.astro.physik.uni-goettingen.de/~hessman/rdf/IVOAT/IVOAT.tar>,
and the Makefile minimally adjusted, after renaming to Makefile.in and
merging with the build conventions of this tree.  That is, this is not
the master of these files.
